A shout out to Ben in the Service Center! ! He always answers all of my questions and makes me feel welcomed there when I bring my car in for oil changes etc. Also, the waiting room area is ni ! I felt I was treated fairly on the purchase of a 2023 Rogue. I traded in a 2017 Rogue. Dan Sas is an honest, helpful, straightforward, and punctual Salesperson. I thought his boss was excellent too. I purchased a 2018 certified Nissan Sentra in May 2021. I traded my 2017 Mazda, to get a car with lower miles due to how far I drive to work. BAD move. I have had to bring this car back 5 times in the I traded my 2017 Mazda, to get a car with lower miles due to how far I drive to work. BAD move. I have had to bring this car back 5 times in the 3 months from the purchase date. Not liking the service or the issues. I want out. I won't go into details of the issues, because it's not necessary. When you get stranded with grandchildren for over an hour and it's hot outside, not good. This was all due to a recall that they said they will only fix if the vehicle needs it. WHAT! That recall causes the car to not start. I could go on. I just want out. More
