I gave them a challenge & they answered the call I-90 is now MY dealership. Why? Simple: Keith Cantrell, Patricia Swanson, and Chris Peters! I did a lot of homework before I contacted them, and I k I-90 is now MY dealership. Why? Simple: Keith Cantrell, Patricia Swanson, and Chris Peters! I did a lot of homework before I contacted them, and I knew what I wanted, what my situation was, and what I was willing to pay. I challenged them to match my request. Not only did they do that, but I arrived at 10:30 a.m., said I had to leave in time for a wedding in a few hours, and wanted to drive out in my new car. Equal to the challenge??? You bet they were. Keith went out of his way to provide the car I wanted, to make the buying experience hassle-free, and to show me the ins-and-outs of my new Nissan Versa Note. Patricia went out of her way to find me the best rate possible and completed the financing paperwork in record time and in the most pleasant, relaxing way. When all was said and done, Chris came over to congratulate me on my new car and to thank me for choosing the dealership. I was at the wedding with 1/2 hour to spare, having a lovely ride in my beautiful new car. I've bought lots of cars. This has been the absolute BEST car-buying experience I have ever had -- pressure-free, hassle-free, gimmick-free, attitude-free and actually FUN. And all 10 minutes from my home.
