Purchased my '21 Rouge at I-90 Nissan. Took it in for not holding the road over bumps. They told me I was over steering and there was nothing wrong. Told them where to drive on Rt 2 so they kept the car and found a blown shock. Picked up the car and drove 1/2 mile to bring it back for vibration that was not there before. Given an appointment for next Tuesday. They took the car out and claimed nothing wrong. Took the car to Tuffy who discovered that 3 tires were out of balance (1) by more than 2 oz. They fixed my problem. I will not take anything back to I-90 Nissan for service !!! More

One of the reasons I gave a 4 star review was because the service department was supposed to be open at 7:30 and I was there right at 7:30 because I like to be first in to get out sooner. But, the service de service department was supposed to be open at 7:30 and I was there right at 7:30 because I like to be first in to get out sooner. But, the service department was not open yet. No lights were on, nothing. This also happened the last time I brought my other vehicle in for service in the express lane but I didn't leave a review. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was a fluke, but it happened again. This time, someone finally turned on the lights around 7:34 and opened the garage door. Check in was done at 7:38. Also, I did not give 5 stars because although I got there at 7:30 am, my vehicle was not done until almost 9:00. To me, that is not an express lane. I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation which I thought was part of the express lane. I do give Chris Leip, the service advisor, 5 stars because he isn't the one actually working on the vehicle so he can't really make the technicians go any faster. I do want to say that I did notice all the sales people were arriving before 9:00 for when the sales department opens, so at least they are prepared for when customers arrive at opening. More
Went in for service on my NV2500 van . All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager suggested what the vehicle should get at the present mileage.
