We have had a great experience from buying to service. We stopped in just to look at what was available was was very surprised to come away with a pre-owned (but new to us) van. There was no crazy pressure We stopped in just to look at what was available was was very surprised to come away with a pre-owned (but new to us) van. There was no crazy pressure to buy, but with all that was available and the incentives we just couldn't pass up the deal. I also love being able to get my oil change and tire rotations done as part of the service agreement. Although we did have an issue with the AC, the problem was quickly covered.
