Al Kent helped me to understand my vehicle. I do have a hiccup with my iPhone connecting my contacts to my car. They have changed the system & it was still the same problem. Al Kent had us check out another vehicle on the lot & it worked. I believe it’s like a plug and an outlet .. the outlet is defective ( in my opinion.). Al Kent is having John ( service dept check into it) I hope this gets resolved because I would like to have ALL of my features working accordingly since it is only contract. Service Department Outstanding Scheduled and brought my Pathfinder in for 45K service. Everyone was ready for customers at 7:30am as promised. I had to wait onsite for the service. The waiting room is well appointed and has all the creature-comforts for a 2-hour wait. Exceptional staff made for a smooth, stress-free experience I have always been nervous about dealing with salespeople, and I start shaking and become confused. I took my car in for an oil change, and Ross Lunga I have always been nervous about dealing with salespeople, and I start shaking and become confused. I took my car in for an oil change, and Ross Lungaro asked if I were considering a new car (I was, because mine was 14 years old). He noticed how nervous I was and recommended that I deal with Mark Dumonthier. Mark turned out to be consummately professional, friendly and calming. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood what we were discussing. I ended up leasing a 2018 Sentra and am completely satisfied with the car and especially with Mark. Mike in finance was also friendly and helpful. I have owned Nissan vehicles since 1972. The dealership has changed at least twice since then, but this experience at I-90 Nissan was by far the best. Again I have to point out how nice Mark and Ross are. More
