Service nightmare We have a Nissan NV and know they only have one lift for this big of a vehicle. We called almost two weeks in advance and SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT fo We have a Nissan NV and know they only have one lift for this big of a vehicle. We called almost two weeks in advance and SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT for 9:00 am so we knew we would have the service done on that date at that time. We arrived ten minutes early and sat in the reception area for half an hour. The tech came out and informed us that they had a different NV up on the rack with it's engine out so they could not do the service. REALLY! Don't these people know owners of Nissan cars have jobs and schedule appointments for service because we took time off. Not my favorite place! More
