Fast, Easy, No pressure I saw a vehicle online that I wanted to purchase. It was a great price, and I knew I wanted it. I was traveling and unable to get into the dealership for a couple of days. Al Kent talked me through the process of leaving a deposit over the phone so the car would still be there when I got back into town. He assured me that if there was anything that I was unhappy with the deposit would be refunded. I test drove with Gene Edwards, who answered all my questions and continued with the no pressure atmosphere. Patricia Swanson helped me through the finance process, took her time to answer my questions, and even helped me save a little extra money off the sale price of the car. This is a dealership that honors the words of the employees. I did not have to haggle over the price of the vehicle as I had done my research and knew I was getting a fantastic price. On a side note, I briefly met Diehl Belza, who was super friendly, and accessible to his clients and employees. He made sure to personally congratulate and thank me for my purchase. I could not be happier with my experience. More
