Outstanding Service! Trying to help my Father a Veteran who is is 87 & very set in his ways ! Knew what he wanted, but also wanted my assistance was very difficult! Living in Seattle I was unable to fly in to help him out ! Coronavirus 19 stopped me from flying! The Dealership really went out of their way to have every thing ready for him To come by pick up his vehicle and leave quickly with very little exposure! I am so appreciative of the extra time and effort they took to make the process smooth For us to turn in his vehicle and pick up his new one Diehl Belza / owner and Jim /salesman just really were extremely kind and understanding I spoke with both on the phone and was very happy with the long distance customer service I was able to get for my Father. I explained what upgrades he wanted from his previous Rogue And they even offered to deliver the New Rogue to his door ! But he is a little stubborn and wanted to Choose the color! Jim made sure I loved the Kicks I ended up with. He even worked with sales to get my model with upgrades down to the same payment as the lesser upgraded model that they initially quoted me with. The first two were a great experience but the last two (the most recent being 3 I have bought 4 Nissan NV passenger vans from I-90 Nissan since 2013. The first two were a great experience but the last two (the most recent being 3/15/2020) were super easy. I emailed\texted what I was looking for, got an answer they they could help, got an offer with all the numbers in an email and asked if we could sign all the paper work in under 90 minutes and be done. Both of the last two times, drove to the dealership, signed some papers, drove home. There was very little back and forth. Their initial offer was very close to what I wanted and with just a few emails\texts we were able to get to exactly what I wanted. More
