I have always felt better about my automobile trades in small towns verses large towns. It seems more personable. This was true with Rountree Moore. Gene Nelson was great to work with on my vehicle purchase. He was very patient while I test drove several cars, it was hard to decide because Roundtree Moore has a great selection. Everyone from Rachel to Gene to Mike were helpful and friendly. I should have stayed at the dealershp longer to get them to help me get more familiar with this new PriusC. But it was getting late and d friendly. I should have stayed at the dealershp longer to get them to help me get more familiar with this new PriusC. But it was getting late and dark and I wanted to get home to Dowling Park, an hour and a half away. But I love my little car. I'll figure out all the bells and whistles in time. More

I had a good experience with Rachel. My last two experiences with this dealership were not that pleasant but they were able to offer a good price. I was looking in Jacksonville for my next vehicle a experiences with this dealership were not that pleasant but they were able to offer a good price. I was looking in Jacksonville for my next vehicle and stopped by this dealer to see what I might like. I found the car I wanted but the price that was originally quoted was high. I found it on line for a lot less and Rachel was there to assist me with the purchase process. It's been my experience that once the deal is agreed to that the clsoing process takes days. I'm not sure why, either. Both the last two times I purchased from this dealer there were paperwork problems ranging from pricing discrepancies to basic form completion. None of this reflects badly on Rachel however. Service of our vehicles (both are Toyotas) have been at this dealership and the service department would rate a 4.5 / 5 rating from me. More

We had a great experience at Rountree and were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and courtesy of all the employees. On the day of sale, we had the good fortune to deal with Mr. Tom Wasson and I can t surprised at the friendliness and courtesy of all the employees. On the day of sale, we had the good fortune to deal with Mr. Tom Wasson and I can truly say it was the best experience I've ever had when dealing with any previous dealerships.
