This was my first time buying a car. Tom put a lot of time into making sure that I got the car that I wanted and not something that I had no interest in at the time. Unlike a lot of salesmen these days, he did not push me to get a brand new car, which I did not want to buy. I appreciated that. Those who assisted me were kind and had great sense of humors. I gave my rating because this was my first time buying a car and so I was a little nervous, but there was not too much pressure on me from the staff which made my "car shopping" experience much better. Although it was a long process, those who assisted me took their time and made sure that I knew what I was getting into and discussed, in detail, current financing and my future options. Overall, I had a good experience and feel more equipped to handle future deals as well. More
My experience was great, I started out communicating with Gene through email and he was very quick to reply to my questions. It was a two hour drive to this dealership but it was well worth it. I had never been to Lake City or the dealership and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find. When I arrived, the car that I had enquired about was parked in front and ready for the test drive. I was promptly greeted when I walked inside and was directed to Gene. We took a test drive and then we began the negotiations. What is usually the hard part of buying a car, turned out to be an easy part. No high pressure sales pitch and in a total relaxed friendly atmosphere. The dealership was cooking out, so we I had lunch, did the chicken dance and the car drove perfect on the way home. I totally recommend this dealership and will return for future purchases. More
My experience was great I talk to at least 10 dealerships in Jacksonville,fl and Gainesville, fl this one had the best bottom dollar price and one of the best customer service I dealt with. This is the first time I have bought a new car that the sales person didn't try a hard, pushy sell. He was very helpful and down to earth. I do not like pushy sales persons. This is by far the best car buying experience that I have had. I would recommend that people use John Ginn as their sales person. I have owned Toyota before but it was in 1979. I bought a Toyota Silica. The only thing I didn't like about that car was it war stick shift and I had started arthritis in my right hand and it was hard for me to shift. Since then I have automatic shift. My late husband liked the way you can shift or go automatic. The last new car I bought was ten years ago. It is sitting in my drive needing repairs; Hopefully my son can fix it. I told him he could drive it if he could fix it. It has 115,000 miles and that isn't bad for a ten year old car. I am glad that my friend told me about the sale. I don't get local news on TV or a paper. She has a Toyota that she bought from you. The only thing about this car that I do not like is it doesn't have cruise. Cruise on a car keeps me honest and I don't get a lead foot. If there was a way I could have cruise on this car, I would certainly get it. Thank you John Ginn for being such a nice person! More

First off, we knew we were going to arrive right as they closed, we called and spoke with Graham, who assured us he would pull the car aside and wouldn't leave until we arrived and were satisfied. Upon arrival Graham was ready to show us the vehicle, he had just had it detailed so it looked great. He took his time with us, answered all of our questions without being the least bit pushy, he was just friendly and very helpful. The buying process was so easy and overall it was an excellent experience! Even though we live close to several dealerships and we live almost 2 hours away from Rountree Moore, we'll still most likely check there first for our next vehicle, it's worth the drive! More

He took us for a test drive and gave us (both myself and my wife) a chance to drive the car and really see how it handled. He explained all the cars options to us. I must admit it's been about 7 years since we purchased a vehicle and even longer since we bought a new one. And the sticker shock caught us for a moment. We would have liked a less expensive model but the roominess wasn't what we wanted. So for the couple of days we've had it now, we're both very happy. There were some slight difficulties dealing with the service (finance, manager, etc.) portion of the team, whom I viewed as 'old-school' car dealers. At one point I felt they were being slightly disinge service (finance, manager, etc.) portion of the team, whom I viewed as 'old-school' car dealers. At one point I felt they were being slightly disingenuous and the offers put through were a bit careless, which is the reason for the 'Ok' rating in that category. This does not apply to the sales staff I worked with, Josiah and Tom. They made up for the difficulties from that side of the house. From the beginning Tom went out of his way to visually document the car for me (as I was long distance) and Josiah worked diligently in ensuring that all aspects of the deal went through smoothly and efficiently. Josiah was extremely easy to work with. I think the front-end of the business may need a small amount of work, but overall (and thanks to Josiah and Tom) it was a good experience and I would recommend the dealership. More
