I went to the I-5 Toyota dealership looking for a new truck. I submitted an email on a particular truck and was quickly contacted by Craig Anderson. He was curteous, informative and kind. We set up an appointment for a test drive for the following week. Craig met us at the front door of the dealrship on the day of our appointment and we spent the good part of the afternoon test driving different trucks. After the test drive we took a look at the numbers. At no time was there any pressure of any kind from the staff at I-5 Toyota. It was unfortunate that we couldn't come to an initial agreement on numbers but the great work of I-5 Toyota didn't stop there. They encouraged me to look at trucks at other dealships and shop the comparison. They had a good idea that I would be back and they were right. Again, absolutely no pressure. Craig stayed in contact with me (at my request) and we continued to talk about the truck. After a week of comparison shopping I went back to I-5 motors and a deal was quickly struck. The deal had tremendous value for both my wife and I. I have bought several new vehicles in the past and I have never had a more positive experience than the one at I-5 Toyota. I would reccommend them to anyone. If you do visit be sure to visit Craig. He is as good and as nice as they come. When you get done with the purchase you feel that Craig was working hard on your behalf at all times. He made sure that we were buying the right truck and that we would be happy. It has now been a week and absolutely no buyers remorse. We loved the experience, the staff, Craig, the no pressure tactics. I will be buying again from I-5 Toyota. More

Of course the next day they couldn't take them back because they were used. We've bought 4 new cars in the last 6 years I guess we're not the kind of customer they're looking for. Could have treated us right for just pennies and had customers for life! More
I drove all the way to Botholl and encountered a shister car dealer and right here in my home town I found a great dealership with an excellent salesman. I went into the dealership to see what they had on the lot and left a very pleased customer. The salesman Roy Miranda asked me what I was looking for and what my price range was. He showed me a few vehicles and we test drove them. I never felt pressured and did not get the usual car dealership nonsense that I have been used to dealing with. He worked with me and was able to get me into a vehicle that was better than I had expected and the monthly payment was lower than the price range that I wanted to be at. The salesman was very professional and didn't use any pressure tactics. I never felt like I had to buy anything and he actually worked for me to find everything that I described and more at the best price. I had a car that I owed a lot on that no longer fit my needs that I bought from another local dealership and they were able to get me out of that terrible deal. In about 3 decades of buying new cars, I don't remember any salesman who was as helpful and enjoyable as Rodney Sekerak was. Never was there any pressure, and he listened to what our preferences were, sear any salesman who was as helpful and enjoyable as Rodney Sekerak was. Never was there any pressure, and he listened to what our preferences were, searching for what was available and showing us the inventory, the expected trade-in for our vehicle, the invoice when it was requested, etc. When it looked like there was only 1 vehicle within 200 miles that would fit our requirements, he was on the phone and had it for us the next day. While the new vehicle was at the dealership for final prep work, he kept us regularly informed about the progress, either by phone or by text. When we came to the dealership to take possession, he patiently went thru a myriad of details about the car, programmed our phones into the Bluetooth, showed us how to use the navigation system, etc. In all aspects of the transaction he was friendly, attentive, informative, helpful, and respectful. During this process we met several other employees of the dealership as well, and all were very friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience. More
My first experience with Rodney was a few minutes after pulling onto the lot. I told my wife if this was a pressure salesman I was going to drive off. Rodney respected that and told me that when we were in the market to consider giving him the first chance. Rodney then showed us several vehicle we mentioned we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer all our questions. I never felt any pressure and Rodney spent a considerable amount of time with us that day knowing he was not going to make the sale that day. When we left the lot we knew we had found the salesman and the dealership from who we were going to buy our next vehicle. All the way home we talked about the vehicle and a few days later when we reviewed our finances we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. We ended up buying the truck we wanted and are very happy with the purchase. I do have one regret and that is that we live over an hour away and will not have our service done at the dealership. I actually enjoyed making this purchase and my hat is off to Rodney and Kelly for making the experience an enjoyable one. More
