Josh did not give me the cost of repair after evaluation. I had to call him to check on progress. When I called, I was hung up on once. Two times no one answered the phone, twice I was sent to voicemail. H I had to call him to check on progress. When I called, I was hung up on once. Two times no one answered the phone, twice I was sent to voicemail. He did not record the check list, if he really did it. He said it was because nothing was wrong. I have been to Dodge dealerships at least 20 times over six years. This is the poorest service I ever had. I will not return to this dealership even though it is only a mile from my home. More
