Buying "a car" can be a nerve-wracking process sometimes, well...we bought "3" all on the same Saturday last weekend & ALL from Pat Carter. This girl is organized! Appraising trades, explaining each vehicle features. test drives, replating, new plates, car washes. Not once did her demeanor sour or weaken. She is a seasoned 20+ year industry "PRO" who knows her stuff. Jim Miller did all of our 3-car financing, trade values, rebates, etc. We bought the extended warranty & Lux Care Pro packages for every car. He has done F&I for many many years. When you know "the business" like Jim does, you not need to have your credit pulled to zap your credit score 10 times to get you the best deal, like the F&I guys at "many other competitor dealerships" who haven't a clue how to process a car file for a car purchase. He was as calm as can be with all this paperwork for "3" cars for our family. The Hyundai Elantra's (2) & a Kona was our vehicles purchased. We highly recomment the Pat Carter-Jim Miller team!
