With our 2006 car barely working, we needed a new or used car ASAP. However, we are on a retiree's budget and were unsure what we could afford. I was then put in contact with Pat Carter- Keller, who listened and remembered every detail of my financial and car situation story. From then on, Pat devoted her days to helping us find a car. Never once was she pushy, or did she try to sell me something we couldn't afford or didn't want. Since we couldn't drive our 2006 car at all, Pat drove the Hyundai to us and took us for a test drive. Two days later, she picked us up in Hyundai's courtesy car, and drove us to pick up our new 2021 Accent. Throughout the entire car buying process, Pat kept our interests at heart and, along with Luke's financial skills, we were able to buy this beautiful 2021 Hyundai Accent and feel secure in it's reputation as a fine car with awesome warranties. Pat was so kind in understanding our situation and from the start I thought she was the most awesome salesperson ever encountered. My husband said, "Now THAT'S how all sales people should be." She deserves to win Rockford's Top Salesperson for 2021, to add to her 2020 award. All in all, thank you Pat Carter and Luke Nelson for making our new car journey such a pleasant and happy one. More
