It was my first time time ever going to a dealership and they had a female I went to Hyundai on Perryville on Sunday February 2, 2020 in Rockford, IL. It was my first time time ever going to a dealership and they had a female as a service advisor and it was female empowerment all day long. Every other place I ever went to they always have guys, and that threw me for a shock because at car dealerships the females normally work in cashier or sales department only. My service advisor was Roberta Hagaman and she is very smart and kind person. The rest of the staff are really nice too. It is a very clean place. If you are looking for a place with smart, nice and caring staff and clean this is the place to go!!! There is no need to stop anywhere else if you are looking for a Hyundai dealership in Illinois. Pat Carter has worked with us for 15 years. I can’t say enough of how appreciated her. She never gave up on us. Our credit wasn’t that good but she got us in a great car. When we bought the car (with less than 36,000 miles on it), we trusted our salesman....that we were getting a fairly new vehicle. Dave told us it was a one owner, locally driven vehicle that had been well taken care of. After two weeks of driving the car, we had a couple of lights go on....one for the tires and one for an oil change. When I called the Hyundai service department the guy said they had changed the oil but must’ve forgotten to reset the oil change thing. My husband decided to take the car out to a Honda dealer out by where he works to reset the light and see why the tire light was in. The Honda dealer told us the tires needed to be rotated and the tires needed to be replaced because there was little tread life left. Seeing that the car was fairly new and we only had it a couple of weeks, I called Dave to see if there was a remaining warranty on the tires...and to find out why a “one owner, locally driven vehicle “ would already need new tires. Dave’s response was ... there are no warranties on tires and that is something the buyer should check out when they buy a car. This was the second car I bought from this salesguy in 2 years (the first is a brand new Hyundai for my daughter). I would have expected better from him. There seemed to be very little concern. I want to also add... both times I bought these cars, Dave was quick (within days) to call and see if I had left him a 5 star rating on this Dealer Rater app. The first time he even called to see why I had left a poor rating. When I told him that I didn’t leave a bad rating, he blamed the mix up on his manager. Now I feel like he said what was necessary to get a car sold, make sure we quickly give him a good rating and move on. We still like both our cars...and the finance guy was nice...but I’m not sure about Dave as a salesman . More

I had the pleasure of buying a car from the Perryville dream team. Patricia Carter Keller and Jim. Miller the finance genius. I just bought a Kona from this dealership last May. My car rolled into a cornfield and flipped. I came out without a scratch but my car was totaled. Pat was the 3rd person I called..it was a very rough week. I wasn't prepared to buy another car. So my options were different. They provided me with a great selection and I got a great deal on a car that will keep me safe. Jim secured financing with a great rate, and pointed out the warranties that would best suit my needs. I am so lucky I took his suggestion that I take the Gap coverage if I didn't I still would have to pay about 4 grand. You feel like you are family. Every company wantsto make a profit but this team doesn't elevate it at the expense of the customer. You will be in great hands with a very knowledgable sales lady Patricia and the Loan master Jim Miller. I encourage you to check them out you will be treated with respect and get a great car sold and financed by great people. Annie More
