Jeremy, we're sorry you're disappointed. Cold weather and driving conditions can absolutely affect your gas mileage in any hybrid vehicle. It's not uncommon to see lower mpg in the mid 30's and 40's when it’s cold outside. There is no direct repair for poor fuel mileage and if we hooked your vehicle up for a battery check, we would have had to charge you for something we knew would not resolve your concern. You’re inability to take responsibility for your service department’s behavior speaks directly to the integrity of your dealership, you didn’t even look at the vehicle. You did not diagnose or even bother to check. Your team diminished the problem with pure assumption. Review your reviews from other people I’m not alone in my experience. Maybe rush to fix how you provide customer service and tend to the service of your vehicles before rushing to defend the behavior of your service department. Own your mistake: again I’m not alone, review after review affirms you’ve failed to change how you offer help to those bringing their car in.
