Fantastic staff Friendly staff who really cares about their customers! I had a bad experience at Fisher Hyundai and had planned on going to Phoenix, but I stopped in at Hyundai of Yuma. I was greeted by a friendly salesman and I was introduced to the service manager. Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. I drove several vehicles before deciding on a Sonata. The salesman was not in a hurry and explained features on each vehicle. I was able to choose the vehicle with the features I wanted. This is a dealership who really cares about their customers. More

My new Car I love my new car! The window tinting was worth it. We put the car to the paces, snow, rain, the vehicle handled great! Great gas mileages. Only u I love my new car! Especially Hyundai Front Desk "JR" Julio Reymundo who showed an entusiastic, courteus, friendly, will take care of you attitude the minute I walked in. He shows the kind of devotion to his job the way customers expect whenever taking in a Hyundai vehicle for service. This makes the whole Hyundai ownership experience a very pleasant one. Fisher Hyundai destroyed my daughters car My daughter was told her Tiburon needed a new fuel pump by the service department at Fisher Hyundai. After paying for the repair and taking her car h My daughter was told her Tiburon needed a new fuel pump by the service department at Fisher Hyundai. After paying for the repair and taking her car home she found that the rear seats, which were folded down, would not fold back up. Both rear seats hit the wheel wells and were splayed outward towards the side windows. They absolutely could not be folded upright. She took the car back to the dealership and they accused her of doing something to cause the problem. "You must have gotten the seats wet", they told her. We took the car to a body shop and they found the fuel tank had been exploded and was stretched hugely out of its original shape, it warped up the floor of the car in the middle of the rear seats causing the issue with the seats. The fuel tank ballooned so big that it protrudes below the muffler now and bottoms out on small speed bumps. The body shop told us the car was unsafe to drive. Hyundai customer service asked us to take it to another Hyundai dealer for verification and we did that and the other dealership verified the condition of the fuel tank and the floor panel of the car. The estimate for repair is $3814.48 and it includes a complete new floor panel and fuel tank. Fisher Hyundai has refused to help with this repair. If this fuel tank had been ripped open while my daughter was driving this car, she could have been killed in a gasoline fire. More

Craig Harris was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to Hyundai not sure of what car I wanted but just a general idea of what my needs where. Craig with the nickname "Yuma Car Guy" definitely lived u in to Hyundai not sure of what car I wanted but just a general idea of what my needs where. If it wasn't for Tom we would be driving a 2013 Nissan Maxima now instead of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Based on Tom's level of vehicle knowledge and his no pressure sales approach he convinced us to at least test drive and listen to the advantages of purchasing a Hyundai Sonata. He listened to what we needed in a vehicle and suggested the options that would get us what we wanted. Overall this was probably the most enjoyable car purchase we have ever made. If Tom didn't know the answer he was quick to find out. He did all of this without running down the competition instead by only showing us the benefits of owning a Hyundai. After we purchased our vehicle Tom was eager to help us set up the remote feature and sync our phones. I will recommend this dealership and specifically Tom Bonneau to all my friends. He did an outstanding job!!! More
The dealership found the car I wanted, picked it up, serviced and cleaned it up for delivery to me in less than three days. I love my new Elantra and the price and financing was great.
