Best service visit to date Came in for a routine oil change, while being performed the technician noted that my battery was no longer performing as it should. My service advisor Came in for a routine oil change, while being performed the technician noted that my battery was no longer performing as it should. My service advisor, Hector, informed me of the situation and gave me options on how to resolve it. During which he also noted that there was a recall pending. Hector rescheduled me for the next day, replaced my battery and performed the recall. I lost no work time and had minimal down time. Hector is very professional and displays the utmost in customer service, as far as I am concerned Hyundai of Yuma has hit a home run with having Hector on you team. The quality and reliability of Hyundai keeps me coming back, our Genesis Coupe is our fourth Hyundai, your customer service and professionalism will keep us loyal to Hyundai of Yuma. More

We really liked his friendliness and kind demeanor that we chose to come back to Hyundai to purchase the same vehicle this year with the same man. The finance guys (Angel and Dave) were also very straightforward with the numbers and helpful in making sure we received a great deal. All of the staff was very welcoming and in a way that wasn't aggressive or intimidating. We laughed and joked around with the staff while we waited for the paperwork to be processed.
