I had the pleasure of meeting John Baladi, and Jairo Nav This evening, July 26th, 2017, I was blessed with coming into the Hyundai of Yuma dealership. I had the pleasure of meeting John Baladi, and Jairo Navas, and let me briefly explain to you the amount of work they put in to finance a car for us. Firstly, I was blown back by how they prioritize military members, catering to us, and making sure we are given the best deals. Not only were they able to finance us a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, but the monthly payment and the APR rate I received was outstanding as a first time buyer. John literally fought his way to get me what I needed by diligently speaking with the bank for a couple hours not giving up on my husband and I. Not only that, after we were approved, he fought to get us a lower payment and APR rate, which we didn't know he was even doing until he surprised us with the news. The amount of professionalism they were instilled with was exceptional, and while John was on the phone with the bank, Jairo sat down and continuously listened to our story, keeping us company, and providing us with water, coffee, snacks, and whatever else we needed while we waited. Not only that, Jairo didn't hesitate when we asked to see multiple different cars, and put everything aside to attend to our needs and wants. Jairo not only allowed us to test drive different vehicles, he showed my husband every type of vehicle there was, and when my husband specified on what he wanted (which was an SUV), he found the best SUV's that fit his description. This man went above and beyond for us, and we're extremely thankful. Overall, this has been the best dealership my husband and I have ever stepped foot in. These gentlemen actually care about your story, your needs, and fight for you, unlike many dealerships I've encountered. Excellent Service I bought the Accent Hatchback. Love it. This is my 3rd Hyundai I have owned. The last one we owned was a Elantra it had 309,000 miles on it. Only I bought the Accent Hatchback.
