Nobody pushed you into buying anything you didn't want and worked with you to get you into what you did want. I have been to several other dealers in the area and will never go back just from the horrible customer service experience I had with the finance dept. Carey motors does seem to care about the customer and everyone is very down to earth and friendly when you walk in instead of in suits and ties and ready to pounce. More

Outrageous overcharge for service Was charged $585 plus tax for basically an oil change and spark plugs for a 2007 Mercedes sedan. Questioned the service rep who was adamant that it wa Was charged $585 plus tax for basically an oil change and spark plugs for a 2007 Mercedes sedan. Questioned the service rep who was adamant that it was a justifiable charge, even though he acknowledged the charge included several more hours of labor than it actually took. Absolutely ridiculous - I then checked with another local certified Mercedes service shop that gave me a quote that was just about half the price, including parts and labor. DO NOT BRING YOUR MERCEDES HERE FOR SERVICE More
