Oh, and they even catch any recalls that may have happened since my last service. And the pickup is a breeze! I had only owned the Palisade for a total of 5 days at the time and was terribly upset about the whole situation especially because I was due to go out of town the next day. Anthony listened to my whole story, was very empathetic and in my opinion went above and beyond to get my problem fixed that same day. I am very grateful that he was working that day and was able to help with unfortunate situation. Saleena (Service Rep. ) was able to get me in due to the emergency I had with my “check engine light). She is ALWAYS AMAZING !!
