Brought our vehicle in to be serviced under the engine warranty due to engine bearings and rods going bad completely destroying the old engine. we waited almost a month to get the vehicle back and whe warranty due to engine bearings and rods going bad completely destroying the old engine. we waited almost a month to get the vehicle back and when we did there were all kinds of issues with it. when we first picked it up the brand new engine was shaking due to misfiring. they subsequently charged us for a bad coil pack, which should have been addressed before even giving us the vehicle back. Made us wonder if it was even test driven after the work was completed. Later after that repair was completed we got the vehicle home. I was able to inspect it and noticed missing practice coverings and that the entire engine bay looks like there was a major fire. the entire engine bay is covered with suit and smoke residue, all plastic is partially melted or changed colors due to fire/smoke. We were never told there were any issues with the install, but the major fire damage shows otherwise. Also of note was the large movement abilities of the engine when putting it in gear and putting it into park, and while moving. It seems that one of the motor mounts was either not put back in with the new engine, or that it was melted away int the fire. We have been calling the dealership since we got the vehicle back and passed around from person to person promising call backs and none have been given. We just want our vehicle fixed properly, but this is rediculous. I would never go here for anything, because if this is how they treat their repairs who knows what they would do to new vehicles. More
