I have had a serious problem w/ my car since Sept 1, 2023. I tried getting assistance from Hyundai’s vendor whose advice & directions originated the problem. I was advised after the issue that “nothing can be done.” I tried working w/ Courtesy Hyundai Service dealership which is closer to me on several occasions but they were of No Help. I tried Hyundai Consumer Affairs, Hyundai Regional Personnel, a letter to Hyundai Corporate Headquarters, & Executive Communications National Consumer Affairs. ALL of those were no response, or “nothing can be done” &/or no help. March 1, 2024, I made contact w/ Hyundai of Wesley Chapel Service Dept. On 4/6/24, I was advised that a part was ordered & the belief is that it will repair my car. Wesley Chapel has shown me understanding & consideration. I have great regard for this Service Dept & I am hopeful of this issue getting resolved. The situation w/ my car has caused me grief & anxiety for 7 months & 1 week. (And it is not over yet, but at least there is some hope.) More
