They make multiple appointments fir the same time and leave you waiting fir over 2 hours. Then the diagnostic part takes 5 minutes because the first thing they should lookat are the settings. Jasmine was great when I visited in-person. AJ was not helpful. I wish he would have called to confirm pricing before the service and I wish he would have texted when my car was done. I called twice near the end of the day to ask for a status update and the other team member I spoke with could not give me any information except to transfer me to AJ’s voicemail. He told me know one except AJ could give me an update on my car, which sounded unreasonable. The rest of the robotic/automated text messages I have gotten from AJ are annoying and unhelpful (“I hope you had EXCELLENT service today” when my visit was over a week ago). More
