Hands down the best car service I have ever received. .. Everyone was very professional they called an Uber for me to go home during my oil change and one to pick me back up. The oil change was a lot more expensive than my previous dealership which is Jenkins Nissan at $10 per oil change however it was so much easier and closer to home everyone was speedy kind and professional. Jasmine made herself available in the event I had any questions or if I needed anything. So, I felt as though I was in good hands, start to finish. As for the waiting area itself. I found it to be very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would like to see changed is the implementation of work areas where you could bring a laptop and plug yourself in. Plugging in just in case your service is going to take a while. Also, perhaps some better refreshments. They have crackers, fruit snacks, coffee, and water. Maybe have a few snack and beverage vending machines? More

There are technical tools to communicate with customers but if no one responds all it does is create more work for the tech. I couldn’t get any information on what time my vehicle would be done so I could arrange pick up. No one answers the phone or text messages through your system. The service department appears very unorganized. The service techs seem frustrated trying to do the best thing. My appointment was at 7:00a with no communication and I was one of the last to pick my car up at end of day. More
