Drivers front door window regulator was repaired, but when I got the car back from Anthony the service advisor all of the sudden a few days later the door lock for the door doesn't want to lock manually. when I got the car back from Anthony the service advisor all of the sudden a few days later the door lock for the door doesn't want to lock manually. This is so annoying and it posses a security risk for the driver. I feel they helped fix one issue and created another. Now, I brought the car back for them to make it right and they won't take responsibility for their work to repair the issue for me. This is very upsetting. We spoke to the manager and he doesn't want to pay to repair my broken door lock. This new management crew doesn't seem to care for my car. To add, they also charge inflated prices!!! Not good!!! More

AJ did an outstanding job and took good care of my vehicle and me while it was getting serviced. My air conditioner went with only 15K miles. Hyundai of Wesley Chapel service has their phones setup to hangup on you after 10 minutes of being on hold, which is absurd. I held on 3 times, then Hyundai of Wesley Chapel service has their phones setup to hangup on you after 10 minutes of being on hold, which is absurd. I held on 3 times, then reached out on chat. The chat agent said she would be glad to schedule service for me. After several minutes she came back and said she was not allowed to schedule a service appointment and I would need to call service. I decided rather than be hung up on more I would take a drive there. Anthony came out to my car and said he would have it checked. When the service technician pulled the fuse for the AC the fuse box caught fire and melted the fuse box and wiring harness. They had to order parts, and my car was fixed the next day. I was very happy with the service on my car. The reason for my 2 star rating on Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is the phone that hangs up on you after 10 minutes of being on hold, and my previous service experience which was horrendous where I was told my car would take about 1 -2 hours to fix and I decided to wait, When. 2 hours passed I asked a person on the desk and they said my car was still being worked on. Another couple hours later, I was told they are almost done, and after 6 hours I was told they did not have a mechanic to work on my car that day and they would work on it tomorrow. I was livid. The service manager was nasty about the incident. The next day when I picked up my car I asked to speak with the general manager and they said he was not there, and I asked that he call me as I felt he should know about my terrible experience. The general manager never called. Although the present experience was excellent other than the phones, once the warranty on my car runs out I doubt if I will return due to my previous experience and the phones, which is too bad as I live right behind the dealership and would have brought my car in for all servicing. More
