I received amazing service from Selena and the service manager on every occasion I went to the dealership. My last 3 vehicles have all been Hyundai’s and I don’t see that changing in the future. I was impressed when we bought our Hyundai Tucson and even more impressed with the service department. Our vehicle was towed in and we were back on the road in 24 hours. I have been faithful customer at Westley Chapel Hundai for many years. I was very dissatisfied and upset that after having asked your advisers in June and Aug to conduct check point inspections, which the for many years. I was very dissatisfied and upset that after having asked your advisers in June and Aug to conduct check point inspections, which they tell me they did but failed to let me know that my brakes were going and I rely on you service department to let me know what is wrong with my car. On Friday my car started making noises every time I stoped or turned my car. My husband told me that it sounds like my brakes are going and told me to drop it off to your dealer that night. Next day I was told that not only my brakes are gone but also the rotor in rear. Had your service department done their due diligence, I would not had to replace my rotors and than the advisors had the ordacity to tell me that they verbalized that to me? It was not on my invoice?! I am used to that in the past they would verbalize and document in the invoice, instead they told me that the finding were sent to my email or text message, well I could not find it!! I feel they could have worked with me by giving me a discount especially for the rotors since they would not have had to do them had they warned me earlier. But both your Advisors did not work with me. I had to pay $830, which I could had got done somewhere else for much cheaper!! More
