There is plenty you can do to resolve the issue. You can start by not deleting my Google Review. Next, you can come pick my Genesis up, do a real alignment (don’t worry, I purchased the lifetime alignment package years ago) and deliver it back to my house. Next time I come in I’m going to show the picture of the alignment check machine screen that your service advisor emailed to me where the numbers are completely unreadable to the general manager
