Very disappointing. I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the liftgate struts replaced under warranty - for the 2nd time. The liftgate strut I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the liftgate struts replaced under warranty - for the 2nd time. The liftgate struts were replaced under warranty. When I arrived to pick up my car, they realized they never performed the oil change and tire rotation as requested. I had to wait an additional hour for the oil change and tire rotation after they had already told me everything was completed as requested. I marked all of my tires prior to dropping it off for servicing. When I finally got my car, I checked the markings on my tires and realized my tires had not been rotated. At that point, I was too disgusted to even bring it to their attention. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere to take my car for servicing. To say, I am totally disappointed, is an understatement! The only consolation was my service rep, AJ, could not have been more polite and apologetic over the mishap. More

This time everything went extremely well. I guess all the bugs got worked out from last time. I’m not sure who Brianna is. Jasmine was my advisor. I thought the head was Kristin. Antonio and Brianna were a pleasant to check me in when my service advisor AJ was not there. I felt comfortable with them. I will always return back to dealership for my services. I was very impressed how Lydia and Amy both were able to get me scheduled the same day I called. The service dept. and techs have always been very professional and friendly.
