Brianna was not my contact person. Jasmin was and she did a good job. But communication with the service dept was the worst I’ve ever encountered. They claimed one day that the phones weren’t working. The next day when I asked why they didn’t email me they said now the internet wasn’t working. Phone calls not answered nor vm returned. The estimate for the repair was over twice what one would pay anywhere else. (I called and got estimates). I bought my car there and have used the service dept for over 10 years. I will not be back. One positive - the Lyft service is a great convenience Another positive - Jeremy the mechanic was great in describing the problems with my car. More

Amazing service from everyone but especially Saleena from the service dept. She has been great with communication. Everyone has been understanding and really hearing our concerns and needs. Dropped my car in for a broken radio, was picked up by a friend and was told it was fixed and had to return the next day to then be told that they couldn’t fix the problem and have to order a new radio I ha friend and was told it was fixed and had to return the next day to then be told that they couldn’t fix the problem and have to order a new radio I have to wait an entire month for.
