My vehicle has been at the dealership since 8/21/2024. As of 9/4/2024, my vehicle is being driven home by a service technician to attempt to duplicate the brakes squealing. On 9/4/2024, I spoke to Jose in person and advised that Nico, my service advisor, had completely ghosted me. Neither Nico or Jose took ownership of the issue or addressed the lack of communication. Neither Jose or Nico have followed up with me since then. As of 9/4/2024, I have not been contacted by the dealership about my vehicle.
