Lack of communication, no follow-up and no calls returned. My vehicle has been there since 8/21/2024 and I had to visit the dealership in person on 9/4/2024 to find out my vehicle had been sitting o returned. My service manager Selena was wonderful ! I came in for a flat tire repair but had a medical appointment I had to keep. When I got back, I was told that due to the nature / location of the flat, the tire could not be repaired, but needed to be replaced. They got the tire replaced and then I was on my way.
