Jasmine did all she could, but technician refused to adjust tailgate so that it would be flush with back of truck . Said there was nothing wrong with the latches, they lined up perfectly. If tailgate wa adjust tailgate so that it would be flush with back of truck . Said there was nothing wrong with the latches, they lined up perfectly. If tailgate was adjusted a little it would make seal tighter and stop leaking. Also leaks up front of bed. Why can't it be sealed better? More
I left my car for 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation at dealership. Never heard anything, I was about an hour away to pick up. Called sent to Anthony's voicemail and left a message I was on my rotation at dealership. Never heard anything, I was about an hour away to pick up. Called sent to Anthony's voicemail and left a message I was on my way to pick up and concerned no update was provided. Arrived and was informed that the car was on the rack and almost done. I believe that my car was forgotten and was rushed to finish before I arrived. I was not charged, however it was still aggravating. Tire pressure were set in drivers side tires both at 27. Passenger side front tire was 26 and back tire was 23. The sticker for next oil change was 1/27/25. There is no way I would wait an entire year for oil change. More
