They were incommunocado for two days after my scheduled appointment . The first day they claimed the phones weren’t working. The second day they claimed the internet was down. They claimed I needed $5,500 worth of repairs done to my car. I had $800 worth of repairs done there and then took my car to another mechanic shop recommended by a friend. That mechanic, who could have made money doing these repairs, said there was NOTHING wrong with my car. I showed him what Hyundai claimed was wrong and he called xx on it. I will Never use this Hyundai service again. It’s a shame because I’ve used them and trusted them for 10 years. More
I had an appointment for my service and I was greeted outside, but it took 15 mins for someone to come out and ask me what that service is for. As it was a complimentary service my filters were not even outside, but it took 15 mins for someone to come out and ask me what that service is for. As it was a complimentary service my filters were not even checked and replaced. In my two previous complimentary services I was told that the filter was looking good and didn't require replacement, but this time I didn't even get any updates on the filter status. Note that the users manual recommended to replace the filter but as it was free service I believe my filters were not replaced. I am sure if it was not a free service l, dealer would have replaced the filter and charged for parts and labor. More

First I was sent a list of items that I approved to get fixed on my car one of which was an oil change. Only the oil change was completed but they told me my car was done in the come and pick it up. When I got there none of the work was done other than the oil change. I then set an appointment for Wednesday to get everything else fixed and was quoted a price of less than $1,700, but when I got there to drop my car off I was told that it would be around $2,000 because they could not apply the discounts they told me they would. With that being said the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I did not leave my vehicle to get serviced with you nor will I in the future. More
