When I got to the service department only one person was at the counter and I was asked to wait. After about 5 minutes or so Anthony was the one that checked me in. The appointment I made for oil change did at the counter and I was asked to wait. After about 5 minutes or so Anthony was the one that checked me in. The appointment I made for oil change didn’t include tire rotation which I was told would make the process longer but no timeframe given. Also that he checked and I had two more complimentary oil changes left so I would only had to pay for the tire rotation. I was given a text to inquire about the process. After waiting more than two hours and texting with no response I got up and went to the counter. Again only one person behind the counter. I asked if he could check and told me rudely to wait because he is not my rep. When I asked where was Anthony he said lunch and didn’t know what time he would be back. Finally checked and my car had been done for awhile - he proceeded to charge me for everything including oil change. I mentioned it was complimentary and he didn’t believe me and rudely asked me to tell him why. He basically didn’t want to check the system to show it was complimentary and Anthony didn’t notate anything before leaving for lunch. With attitude he charged me and I left. Never heard from Anthony. More
