I had decided to wait at the dealership during my long service appointment, the usual oil change and recall service. Pedro Rico checked on me a few times while I waited for my car to be done. If there was service appointment, the usual oil change and recall service. Pedro Rico checked on me a few times while I waited for my car to be done. If there was anything I needed he would certainly do his best to accommodate those needs. It’s a nice gesture and I appreciated being acknowledged, instead of handing over your car and being ignored until it’s time to pay for service. More
