However, when I picked up my car, it hadn’t been cleaned. Upon asking, I was told this detail wasn’t noticed in my reservation. One of the staff then sent my car to a nearby Chrysler dealership for a machine wash. Unfortunately, the cleaning was subpar. The exterior came back wet, leaving water spots, and the interior hadn’t been touched. This was very frustrating and something I’d never agree to again. This car wash service should be included automatically as part of the maintenance service. When I had a Toyota, I didn’t even have to ask—it was done as a standard part of their excellent customer care. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Hyundai’s cleaning service. On a previous visit, I had a deep cleaning voucher, and they didn’t honor it. The pattern of poor service in this area is a disappointment. More
