Brought vehicle in for what i thought was going to be something simple turned out to be a failed transmisission and i didn't even have an appt but I was number 2 in line the next morning. I was then ask something simple turned out to be a failed transmisission and i didn't even have an appt but I was number 2 in line the next morning. I was then asked if I would need a loaner which I did. Was advised it would take about a week to get in and if everything goes well I will be back in my car by the end of the following week. She was right on track. Great job. More
