It took us from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm to purchase our car. THAT IS REDICULOUS. There was no discussion about anything, having to do with the price of the car or any other costs. The sales person just put a piece of paper in front of us and exped us to sign it. When we finally saw the price, nearly $10k was added on Again,THAT WAS RIDICULOUS! It was the worst car buying experience ever. Holy and Brad were great but anyone else who stepped in to speak with us was useless. If it were not for Holy, and because you are close to home, we would have never purchased the car from you. I will warn anyone who comes to purchase a car from you of your tactics and our horrible experience. More

It can be challenging to get an appointment if you have an issue that needs immediate attention or have to reschedule a day. Sometimes the service members are not as courteous as they could be when you pic an issue that needs immediate attention or have to reschedule a day. Sometimes the service members are not as courteous as they could be when you pick up your vehicle. If they’re on the phone or speaking to another employee, it could be 10 to 15 minutes before they even acknowledge you standing there. The service to the vehicle itself and the service providers that have checked us in have always been good, So that and the convenience of the location is what keeps us returning. More
