After a confusing start and being sent home due to lack of communication within the service department we received our Tuscon back hopefully fixed for the final time at a Hyundai dealership. During 4 years of communication within the service department we received our Tuscon back hopefully fixed for the final time at a Hyundai dealership. During 4 years of ownership we received zero satisfaction from Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga falls,Ohio. Telling us to just drive it like a manual was not the answer to nearly being in an accident many times due to the DCT transmission faults. More
