**Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do NOT Trust This Dealership!** As a military veteran, I’ve never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life. Hyundai Wesley Chapel has been a complete night Dealership!** As a military veteran, I’ve never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life. Hyundai Wesley Chapel has been a complete nightmare to deal with. After purchasing my vehicle, I quickly identified multiple issues that needed to be repaired. The dealership initially agreed to fix the problems, but they NEVER followed through. I was forced to reach out repeatedly, and even when they finally "repaired" the vehicle, it was still not fully fixed. To add insult to injury, I spoke with Finance Manager Dwayne Evans about issues with my vehicle registration. He blatantly LIED to me, assuring me that the registration problem was resolved. When I checked with the DMV, I found out that NOTHING had been fixed, despite him confirming otherwise. The lack of communication, dishonesty, and failure to honor their commitments is disgraceful, especially towards a veteran. I expected a lot more integrity from a business, and I’m extremely disappointed. If you're thinking about buying a car here, think twice — they clearly don’t care about their customers once the sale is made. Stay far away from this dealership! Maintenance Issue: After dealing with the mishandling of my registration and multiple maintenance issues, I have now discovered yet another unresolved problem. During my initial visit, I pointed out water in the trunk and specifically asked about any potential leaks. I was assured that this would be fixed before I took possession of the vehicle. Despite these assurances, the issue persists, and rainwater continues to fill the spare tire compartment—where the vehicle battery is located. More

I saw Nico Rodenbach, service consultant, on Saturday Sept 14th . He suggested to bring my car for service on Monday morning 7 AM. I went on Monday Sept. 16th at 7 AM, saw Saleena Crespo, service advisor Sept 14th . He suggested to bring my car for service on Monday morning 7 AM. I went on Monday Sept. 16th at 7 AM, saw Saleena Crespo, service advisor. She was very helpful & courteous. Arranged for Uber drop off at home & pick up when my car was ready. Mechanic Alexander Mana, diagnosed the recurring engine sign coming on & off issue in my 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid with very low mileage ( under 10,000 miles) & solved it by replacing EGR valve & related components. I am very satisfied with their outstanding service. More
