Everyone was good selling me a car until it was time to deliver the vehicle. I've been calling a week later to pick up the vehicle, and could not get an answer.i was then transfered multiple times ,then f deliver the vehicle. I've been calling a week later to pick up the vehicle, and could not get an answer.i was then transfered multiple times ,then finally no one picking up the phone. I drove to the the dealership to find out the car was ready. All they had to do is give it a wash. I spoke with Carlos my sales rep. Who is always helpful and understanding. Sales dept good. Service dept very bad. Bought a car and was told it was serviced yet fluids weren’t filled and not sure the oil was even changed because the mileage Service dept very bad. Bought a car and was told it was serviced yet fluids weren’t filled and not sure the oil was even changed because the mileage wasn’t reset and the old sticker was left on. Also the old owners data was still in the cars system so I had to reset everything. Have bought 3 cars here and have had a good experience with sales but never with the service department. Regularly wait 2 or 3 hours for and oil change with an appointment. Not acceptable. More

Wasted my time driving 45 mins to this dealership only to be told I was given wrong information on the tire package I purchased when purchasing my car with them less than a year ago. When booking the appointment the service department assured me that I was good to go and my concern was covered. It was a waste of time and gas to drive all the way there just for them to tell me that they couldn’t find my appointment in the system and that what I needed done wasn’t going to be covered. They didn’t seem to care much just gave me a quote for what I would be paying and said it was because the personnel who answer the phones arnt trained well enough. Not a good look for this dealership, very disappointing especially since this was my first time bringing the car in to be serviced since purchasing it with them. I like to find one trustworthy and reliable dealership to purchase and service my vehicles and this dealership has failed to be either of these. More
