Work on car was great as far as communication goes it sucked l called an estimate 15 times within 1/2 hour from time I dropped car off to 2 days after about an issue with the contact on loaner car milage sucked l called an estimate 15 times within 1/2 hour from time I dropped car off to 2 days after about an issue with the contact on loaner car milage was 3441 miles on car contracted 3741 I did not notice this till I left dealership I left numerous messages no call backs I talked to service dept they said they would have somebody call me and also talked to operator of your phone system about 10 times the operator said all the could do was transfer my call of course to voice mail I was so frustrated could not get anyone to return my calls I even asked why can’t they get someone that even mops floor to go over and tell somebody to call me back they said they can’t finally after a few days I get text that said part was not in for 10 days but still no personal call about mileage on contract so at that point I decided that it was a mute point because I was allowed 70 miles a day to drive loaner car and 10 days would more than make up for the discrepancy in 300 original miles on contract even when I dropped car off to pick up my car I was told just leave it they would have someone check it in later not when I was there I could have put a big dent in it and nobody even looked at to sign off that it was ok when I dropped it off I do appreciate the service done on my car and the use of a loaner car but like I said communication really sucked More

This dealership does not know how to communicate with customers. They never communicated with me that they were keeping my car. My advisor Kevin was not very good with communication. Did not respond to my calls for updates until a manager got involved 5 days after having my vehicle in their possession.
