I have had several bad encounters with the service department at this dealership. They don't ever seem to have parts on hand and have even managed to forget to order parts for my next scheduled servi department at this dealership. When you speak to the staff regarding their mistakes, they get an attitude with you. Beware, they will note your account if you don't give them a high rating and then when you need future service, they treat you differently. I wish their was another dealership close by that I could use. I hate having to go to them, but I refuse to pay for services when I'm still under warranty. More

Brought my sonata in for service. They were honest enough to let me know I was a little early for my first service. I decided to have it done anyway as I was going on a trip. They also informed me of a minor software recall that they handled. Told me It would be about 1 to 1.5 hrs to complete. It took about 1hr 15 min and they came and promplty informed me service was ccomplete. No problems here waiting area nice clean and comfortable. More
