I arrived at 6 AM from waiting most of the night for a tow for a dead battery. They were able to accommodate me and go above and beyond normal levels of service. Terrible experience. I had a wait appointment, and it was 2 hours before I was even told that the mechanic’s phone didn’t fit my charger to try to identify the problem. S I had a wait appointment, and it was 2 hours before I was even told that the mechanic’s phone didn’t fit my charger to try to identify the problem. So nobody even started trying to solve the problem for 2 hours. After all that, he said they couldn’t recreate the problem, so I was out of luck. Even though it happens every single time I’m in the car. I would have been more understanding of that had I not waited an absurd amount of time for them to even try. I was there almost 3 hours and only ended up with an oil change. On top of that, from the moment I arrived, the service people were not friendly. Very disappointing experience. More
