Best experience buying a car, now for the second time. This dealer is absolutely fantastic. My less than two year old car was recently declared a loss and I found myself unexpectedly car shopping. I wasn't thrilled about it but started doing all the research. My previous car I had bought from them and it was a great experience. I figured I I owed them the first stop on the list of places I had to go for test drives. I made an appointment with David, whom I bought my previous car from. This is a person who knows his job and it shows. He's the type of person that can not only tell you what's changed in the engine from year to year, but also how it compares with others in the market. It's not a pushy sales pitch though. He also knows cars from other companies and listens to what you are specifically looking for to see if they have something that fits your needs. His easy-going attitude really makes it feel like they're trying to find something that fits you, rather than sell you anything at any cost. They found a similar model to my previous car, but due to packaging changes it was a little more than I wanted to spend. I was fully prepared to keep them in mind but continue down my list of similar models from other dealers. Joe, the manager then sat down and honestly asked how they can earn my business. Obviously they didn't want me to leave, because I'm sure there's statistics showing how much less a sale is likely to happen once a buyer leaves. This again didn't feel pushy but more of an honest attempt to see if we could meet somewhere in the middle. So I shared with him what reservations I had and what I was looking to spend and they worked within that to come up with a new quote. I was extremely happy with that and it effectively took away any reasons I might have to go elsewhere. The price was right, the car was right and I could walk away that day having fixed my lack of car problem. It was great that it wasn't a back and forth movie type negotiation. It was just a straightforward asking what I wanted, and they came up with exactly that. If you're in the market for a car, you should definitely stop here first. They'll treat you honestly and fairly in finding something that fits your needs. More

The best service organization I have used Hyundai service in Turnersville, NJ since I purchased my Elantra from them in 2009. Drop off never takes more than 5-6 minutes. For "normal" service I usually wait (rarely more than an hour). They are thouough in checking the car for potential problems and very fair in pricing frequently applying available coupons. More
