Where should I begin? The amount of disrespect from John Romano the person I dealt with was unbelievable. From the moment I walked in at 0915 and mentioned I was going to wait for the car he began with the smart mouth come backs. He said Sorry if you’re waiting you’re gonna wait till 2:30 in the afternoon.before I can even get to it and kind of smirked. I told him that when I made the appointment it was specifically done at 0915 because I needed the car back for school by at least 230 and the person on the phone said no problem. John said well they shouldn’t have done that because you’re not gonna be getting it anytime soon. once again, he was very uncaring. Later in the day when he called back to discuss the items I was driving and I was trying to do too many things so I asked him could he review what I mentioned to him because I couldn’t think of all the things that I had listed and he said we addressed all the issues that you gave us this morning to look at , I said, could you just let me know again if I mentioned the volume button? He once again replied, we addressed all the issues you gave us this morning, and refused to help me out when it came to remembering the smaller items that I mentioned. Just very disrespectful and had the attitude that I needed him more than he needed me. You can tell that he didn’t own the business because he couldn’t care less if he lost customers , not the kind of guy that you would want on the front line. Some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve already put into maps and found the next closest Hyundai dealer. I won’t be going back to turnersville ever again More
Honestly i waited too months to take my car in for The first maintenance since I I bought it Brand new. Then They had wrote my VIN # Wrong in the lady In the service department was trying to tell me there first maintenance since I I bought it Brand new. Then They had wrote my VIN # Wrong in the lady In the service department was trying to tell me there was a hundred dollar charge.... Then I waited two hours for them to do an oil change and rotate my tires.. Then to find out there's a recall on my car but they don't have the software to update it so apparently I have to wait six weeks for that. Hyundai of turnersville is horrible, In the future I will Drive an hour away to egg harbor where I bought my car. Lady in the service dept, should not be working with public. More
I purchased a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid last summer. I took it in for its first service. It took 2 months to get a Saturday appointment, which was worth the wait. They took my car while I waited. I am pleased and will continue to use them for my vehicle maintenance. More

I was in and out very quickly and they were careful to take their time and make sure I had all my questions answered and that I understood exactly what was expected of me and what was including in the sale. This is my 4th car I’ve financed and it was by far the smoothest experience! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a car new or used and I intend to return when it’s time for my next vehicle! 1000 out of 10! More
I had an excellent experience with Don Fisher, my salesperson, and the staff at Hyundai of Turnersville. Don was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, and answered every question I had. I bought a PHEV, which is a totally new kind of vehicle for me, so I had a lot to learn. After I bought the car, I came back the following day to pick it up, and again, Don went over every aspect of the car with me. I also love that I could do a test drive on a track instead of the actual highway. Steve Willis, in financing, also explained my warranty options clearly, and the many documents that I had to sign. Friends recommended this dealership to me, and I would recommend them myself to anyone. More
Zero Stars! !!! Warning, do not trust them with your vehicle! I’ll stick to Firestone for now on. Brought my vehicle there for service in October and asked them t !!! Brought my vehicle there for service in October and asked them to do an engine diagnostic as the engine light turned on intermittently. I paid over $400 for replacement of a knock sensor and the oil change. Less than 6 weeks later the engine seized with no warning (and no engine light illuminated) and all of the oil was seen on the ground underneath the vehicle at this time. From the moment the car arrived at the dealership it was a disaster. They told me it could take up to two weeks for them to even look at the car, then they took a day to “find” the car on their lot at which they called to have me call a tow truck come out and move it to the service area because it was dropped off on their sales lot and they claimed they had no way of moving a vehicle that does not start. When they did finally look at the car they said the rod bearing blew which was covered by the warranty. I was told the paperwork for the warranty was submitted and should be approved within the week. A week later when I called to follow up they realized they never sent the paperwork and were then going to submit it then. A week later I got a call stating that the warranty was declined because the car was misfiring. When I asked how the engine was diagnosed as misfiring when it was it was completely dead, they could not answer me and advised me to call Hyundai corporate. After several weeks and a call to the very condescending service manager, Charles, (who asked me if I would even know what it means if it were explained to me) it was found that the paperwork for the warranty was completed incorrectly and they finally fixed the vehicle 6 weeks later. However I still have not received a call back from Charles explaining what happened as promised or an apology. In addition, I was told that there is a warranty on the work they did for 1 year/ 12,000 miles but they declined to provide it to me in writing although law states warranties must be provided in writing. More
