Yesterday I took my car to Hyundai of Turnersville for service. It needed an oil change, tire rotation and alignment, new wipers and the 52,000 mile check up. I’ve been taking my Hyundai to this dealers service. It needed an oil change, tire rotation and alignment, new wipers and the 52,000 mile check up. I’ve been taking my Hyundai to this dealership since we moved to NJ in 2020. They are simply the BEST! They don’t try to sell you service you don’t need. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of your time. I always wait for my car and was only there about 90 minutes. Bill was my service representative and Debbie checked me out. The waiting area is clean, has comfortable seating, large screen TV, with free coffee, water and snacks. The restroom is the cleanest public restroom I’ve ever been in - seriously! This is my 4th Hyundai and I had all of them serviced at a Hyundai dealership! More

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I apologized for my car being so dirty that he couldn’t lean on it to get the vin and when I picked my car up it had been cleaned. First time dealing with their customer service department and they were excellent. Tammy was great to deal with. She told me what was going on and how long it would take. This breaks my heart to do since I have purchased 4 vehicles from them. In July of 2023 I was 76 years old and I know that it is the buyers responsibility but I truly trusted them and I am paying for b vehicles from them. I brought my beautiful Sonata in to be traded for a Tucson. I have been wanting to get a Tucson again for a few years now and I figure that it will probably be my last. They said that they did not have one presently so I looked at a Kona because I have a very bad back & which is an OK vehicle but not the Tucson. When they told me that they were having a difficult time to get it through, I said well ok maybe I should keep my Sonata and come back. The finance guy, who I would love to slap, was persistent in saying that this Kona had the same as the Sonata and I could always come back and get the Tucson when they come in. The really terrible thing that they did was to finance me through something called Cal Automotive. Horrible company and such a SHAM company. My credit rating did not warrant it. Cal has a 3rd party involved in a lease which I did not know until I went to Vineland Hyundai. Not only was this sale bad for me but it was over one hundred dollars more a month. I cannot get out of this lease and I am so, so hurt and angry. Please do not accept Cal, no matter what your credit rating is. I have been in touch with my salesman, Brian Wilkerson, who just keeps saying that they are working on it. More

From the moment I walked in at 0915 and mentioned I was going to wait for the car he began with the smart mouth come backs. He said Sorry if you’re waiting you’re gonna wait till 2:30 in the afternoon.before I can even get to it and kind of smirked. I told him that when I made the appointment it was specifically done at 0915 because I needed the car back for school by at least 230 and the person on the phone said no problem. John said well they shouldn’t have done that because you’re not gonna be getting it anytime soon. once again, he was very uncaring. Later in the day when he called back to discuss the items I was driving and I was trying to do too many things so I asked him could he review what I mentioned to him because I couldn’t think of all the things that I had listed and he said we addressed all the issues that you gave us this morning to look at , I said, could you just let me know again if I mentioned the volume button? He once again replied, we addressed all the issues you gave us this morning, and refused to help me out when it came to remembering the smaller items that I mentioned. Just very disrespectful and had the attitude that I needed him more than he needed me. You can tell that he didn’t own the business because he couldn’t care less if he lost customers , not the kind of guy that you would want on the front line. Some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve already put into maps and found the next closest Hyundai dealer. I won’t be going back to turnersville ever again More
