We had an amazing experience at Davis Hyundai mostly due to our Sales Consultant, Curt Baker, who is the consummate professional, was thorough, knowle We had an amazing experience at Davis Hyundai mostly due to our Sales Consultant, Curt Baker, who is the consummate professional, was thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and a great listener, which in sales, is far better than being a "great" talker. My wife's car was dying and we were very worried about having to take on a new car payment. Curt patiently showed us dozens of models that fit our needs and gave my wife the space she needed to choose her new "baby." He explained the features, the costs, the paperwork, and explained both purchasing plans and leasing options. As we took our test drive, Curt was careful to point out features that helped my wife get a feel of navigating the intuitive cabin of the new Sonatas. Back at the showroom, Curt worked diligently and honestly to get us a payment we could afford based on the info we gave him. We went in with a certain level of anxiety, but working with Curt and receiving excellent service from everyone we dealt with at Davis quickly put us at ease. "Can we do this?" got changed to "We can do this!" When we finally drove off the lot with our new 2016 Sonata with America's Best Warranty (and tire protection) we had the definite feeling that we had made the right decision. The financing representative who finalized our paperwork was also top notch. She was fast, efficient, thorough, and explained everything in a straightforward, professional manner.
