After I bought the Truck from Anthony, I had an issue with backup sensor. Chris Sampieri sent a loaner out to me, took my truck for a couple days and brought it back fixed. Without a doubt, the single worst used car buying experience I've ever had. Cost me $700. If you're buying used, do not use this place. Shady, went back on their word, hard to get on the phone, wouldn't send me information, just terrible. I was trying to buy a used Genesis GV80 over the phone from another state. Told them I was ready to fly out to check the car and buy it same day. They refused to let me take the car to a shop or different dealership to check it out because of "the liability". I was buying a used Genesis...not a Bentley. I probably called 30 different dealerships while looking for a GV80, and Hyundai of Trenton was the ONLY one that refused a remote inspection. I offered to have someone come with me to monitor the car. No dice. After a ton of back and forth, having to get managers on the phone, they agreed to let me bring a mobile inspection service to their dealership to check it out. My sales guy Shereif said the car was mine and even put a sold tag on the car to claim it. So we scheduled a Saturday appointment and I bought a flight to Trenton to be on site and buy the car. My inspector went on Friday, sent the inspection and everything looked great. So I headed to the airport to fly out Friday night and be there the next morning. As I was sitting at my gate waiting to board, I got a text from my sales guy Shereif that the car sold to someone else in the last 30 minutes they were open. They never told me someone else was about to buy the car. He immediately told me his manager said they would reimburse my inspection and flight. Take a wild guess how that went. His manager talked to HIS manager, who said absolutely no way, we had no contract. Which legally, I get. Ethically...this dealer does not care one bit about you as a customer. They just want a sale. Steer FAR clear of this group. More
