Our first trip to the dealership we were, unfortunately, unable to reach an agreement however the next morning JB contacted his manager and he was able to find the price we were looking for. We were so touched that he fought for us and was able to make it happen. We live out of the area and had been in contact with a few dealerships who offered us similar pricing but we wanted to come back to Davis BECAUSE OF JB! We not only had a great buying experience with him but we also connected with him on a human level and feel we made a friend in the process. True service at it's finest. Davis Hyundai has a very valuable employee on their hands. We definitely recommend everything about this amazing individual. More

Best Car Purchase Experience in 30 Years!! I have been purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles and motorcycle for the past 30 years. Without a doubt my car buying experience was the best I have e I have been purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles and motorcycle for the past 30 years. Without a doubt my car buying experience was the best I have ever experienced at Davis Hyundai, in Trenton, NJ. Terrance Devlin was my sales person and truly did EVERYTHING he could to make me a satisfied customer. The sales mangers also, (although I forget both f their names) were awesome as well. Having been a Law Enforcement Investigator for 25+ years, I have come to know how to read a person and detect deception. AT NO POINT DURING MY ENTIRE TRANSACTION, DID I EVER FEEL I WAS BEING LIED TO. This is AWESOME. I have NEVER felt more comfortable with a vehicle purchase as I do right now after purchasing a pre-owned car from Terry Devlin and the dealership he represents!! Highly, Highly recommended for an HONEST transaction that you never need to question. Thank you again Terry and Davis Hyundai.... I will be back!! The worst dealership by far! ! It was the second time I went to this dealer to check upon different cars, for different situations. I got 2 different salesman on each time, and ! It was the second time I went to this dealer to check upon different cars, for different situations. I got 2 different salesman on each time, and the same TERRIBLE customer service were provided. They are simply not interested to show you the car, to give you details about the model, the options I would have, etc., unless you show or tell them that you came for closing the deal on that visit. They simply DON`T CARE for people shopping and looking to learn about the cars and their new models. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. Don`t wait your time going there, unless you are already decided on what you are buying and you just need the nearest Hyundai dealer to get the car from. Even on this situation, I wouldn`t go there anyway... if they don't care for a potential new customer, they might disregard the granted ones. More
